We collect account, workspace, and receipt metadata required to provide processing, reporting, and collaboration features.

Receipt files are stored in secured cloud storage and access is restricted through signed URLs and workspace membership checks.

If configured, transactional emails are sent through Resend for operational notifications (welcome, invite, processing alerts, secure links).

You may request deletion of your workspace data according to your legal retention obligations.
